Walking to the mouth of the cave Dimitri watched Lily grab both his and Dran’s hands looking out at the view before them. "I know there is a lot of uncertainty, but I am glad I have the two of you. One would have been enough for me, but having you two as mates makes me feel whole." The both squeezed her hand happy she was theirs.

"We got this." "I believe we will figure it out." Dimitri was always the most analytical and wanted to see her smile because of him. Lily was optimistic about their future as she called the air, feeling it wrap around her limbs and body lifting her in the air just an inch above the ground. They both handed her their robes beginning to shift then leaping off the edge finishing their change. *Showoffs.* Lily followed them out as the two dragons raced back up gaining altitude.

Lily let the wind carry her watching the dragons dance in the air both doing their best tricks as she flew between them. Moving between the two of them she would steal a kiss from each catching them off guard. *What? I’ll kiss you any way I want. Dragon or no dragon.*They looked to each other as she flew towards the underground opening for the settlement.

*Did that just happen?* *Yes, yes it did.* The two brother’s were finding out that their mate was feistier then they thought. They found out that she wanted them no matter what form they they took. Catching up to her as she dove down they followed straight behind her watching for the spikes in the top of the cavern. Lily was flying to the same building she had been tried in just a over a week ago.

The guys landed in an open lot two streets over, shifting as they landed. Lily shifted to her natural from and waited just beyond an open ally for them to come out, as one of them tapped her shoulder. She handed them their robes as they made their way into the Council building. "So how is this going to work? Do you just fill out some paperwork or do you have to directly go to the Council to as for leave?"

Dran wasn’t sure if he would get leave since the slug attack, but with Lily having provided them with enough food for two years they may let him go. "They should give me the time off. With everything you have helped us with and you now carry my mark there is a great chance that they will see this reason in your work."

Dimitri had his doubts since he didn’t know how this Council worked. This place was still new to him and some of the ways they govern may not be how he would have chosen to run it. He was trying to take an observatory stand point to see people’s reactions whether they are the one’s speaking or not. They went past the secretary to the third door on the left, the name on the door reading Head Councilwoman Maylia La Gato.

Knocking then entering when someone responded, but what was on the other side was a bit of a shock. It looked like a lounge area with low tables and cousins everywhere. Then to the right a black and white tiger lay in the corner that could possibly be sleeping. "What can I help you with Dran? The Council is out for this session. Buildings are being rebuilt and people are being taken care of after the slug attack. Who are your friends?"

The tiger spoke shocking Lily and Dimitri since there were very few creatures who could openly speak in their animal form. Lily was a little insulted since this was supposed to be one of the Councilman that tried to convict her of false crimes. "Your memory must be leaving you because you almost put me in prison for crimes I was unaware of. I am a guest here with no knowledge of your ways and you tried to treat me like a settler of this place. Your lucky I’m about helping people rather then killing them otherwise this place would be more corpses then settlers."

The tiger’s eyes snapped open looking around the room for the voice that was almost threatening to her. "You! What are you doing here? Haven’t you caused enough damage?" Lily was about to blow up in her face when Dimitri steps in. "What ever she did was because she was unaware of the circumstances. I have been with her for some time now and her character is not to hurt people unless necessary."

The tiger looked at the new dragon in her midst who looked far to proud and royal to be down in a hole full of defective creatures. "Was it necessary for her to call so much energy to herself when she was told not to? Did she listen when she was told stay in her rooms without an escort? NO she didn’t nor did she think of why these things where asked of her." The tiger wasn’t wrong about her accusations and Lily knew it.

"If i had known the slugs would come after me being so close to the source I wouldn’t have done that and I ended up using said power to eliminate them and re-grow all your food. I may screw up, but I try really hard to clean up my messes. The food was my apology, if that wasn’t clear." The Tiger regarded the woman before her with a new found respect.

Getting up she shifted to her natural form into the woman she recognized from the trial. Her dress materialized around her as she changed forms. Black and white hair, sharp blue eyes, and a well kept figure said this was the reason this woman made it to her position. "So what do you need from me now? Another Pardon perhaps?" Dran shook his head no kneel before her. "I request a leave of absence. As you can see I have found my mate and need time for us to adjust and get to know one another. There is also something of great importance that she is trying to solve that could benefit the settlement."

This caught the Councilwoman’s attention since she had thrown every attractive female she could at him hoping he would finally mate and give her a better idea of what’s going on in that head of his. She was the one that found him after he was abandoned as an infant. She brought him here after seeing the black coloring of his skin figuring the slugs got to him too.

Over the years he became more like a son to her and now he was asking to leave with a female, she had not approved of. "Why didn’t you introduce her before now? Don’t I get to give my thoughts before you go choosing a mate?" Dimitri chuckled a bit while Lily looked sheepish at the woman’s words.

Dran was getting the same ass chewing that Lily got from Dimitri this morning. "I..ha.... I didn’t bring her too you because this wasn’t like normal mating. I.... The Councilwoman and a hard look on her face as she looked him in the eyes. She was like a mother to him and he didn’t want to disrespect her. Standing in front of Lily, she looked his supposed mate over as Lily stared her in the eyes not looking away. "You think you deserve my son? I trained him, educated him, gave him a place to call home, and better options for a mate then you. Why do you think you deserve him?"

*This is like meeting Dimitri’s mother all over again.* Lily thought to herself standing in front of this woman. "I don’t. I don’t think I deserve anyone, but they choose me and I am not leaving them. What ever happens we will figure out." The Councilwoman found her words peculiar because she kept saying we, then Lily’s scent hit her as she realized what was being said to her.

"And by "we" you mean?" Lily sighed knowing this was going to be the hardest part to explain. "They are twins and part god. I am also the a goddess from the heavenly real raised on this world all my life. And they are both my mates." Maylia could not believe what she was hearing, but she was. When she woke up this morning this was the last things she expected to hear.

"It’s true." He showed her his mating mark on his neck as Lily showed both of hers. "Wait, your a god? And goddess’s can have two mate?!" The Councilwoman’s mind was swimming just she started to grow heavy and her vision go dark. Dran caught her before she hit the ground. "Mom? Mom!"
