The man was Albert Chen. And he brazenly appeared in front of Xiu Mei, along with his dog and didn't look afraid at all from Lee In's gun that was pointing straight at him.

"You..." Xiu Mei was at a loss as she went completely speechless with the current development. She wasn't expecting to see Albert, more so, to meet him this soon.

She was actually expecting to see him already apprehended by her husband and her brothers.

She shook her head.

The dog suddenly stood up and turned fierce as he looked at Lee In. He was growling under his breath and baring his teeth, even lowering his body slightly as if he was preparing to pounce on her right away.

Albert tugged on his leash that made the dog look at him again, then glanced at Lee In before looking at his owner. He w.h.i.n.ed before returning to his previous sitting position like a good little boy.

"I heard that you were coming, so I wanted to drop by and say hi." Albert said while beaming.

Xiu Mei frowned when she heard his words. What the hell? He heard that she was coming? Wait, are their floor still bugged? Only her assistant and Lu Shao knew that she was coming to Shenzhen. Even the legal representative didn't know until they bumped into the airport ah.

But now he was saying that he already knew beforehand the she was coming? Was her schedule somehow leaked and sent to him?

Both the women's guards were up while Xiu Mei's other bodyguards sent by her brother surrounded Albert. He still looked unbothered by the situation because he even crouched to pat his dog's head and cooed him with words.

"It looks like he's alone. But he's not."

"How do you say so?" Xiu Mei glanced in front again and saw that he was really alone. What was she talking about ah?

"I can sense another person looking at us from somewhere. I think it's coming from one from inside the cars."

"What are you truly doing here?" She overcame her fear and courageously spoke out loud. She narrowed her eyes at him while glaring.

Albert eyebrow raised as he let out a chuckle while mumbling 'Feisty'.

"I just wanted to ask you if you liked my gifts. Didn't I mention in the letter that I wanted to see your reaction personally? So let me hear it."

"Ah! I forgot. Right, I erased your memory of me of that night. Sorry, my mistake. I completely forgot about that." He said he was apologizing bur somehow it felt like he was being sarcastic instead.
