Chapter 667 - Numb From Killing

Chapter 667 Numb From Killing

Jonsonk was stunned. The bodyguards beside him were shocked too.

Was this guy stupid?

Even if he wanted to die, he didn’t have to think about torture too.

Jonsonk raised his gun and pushed it against Chen Zhao’s forehead.

“Do you think this is fun?” Jonsonk stared coldly at him.

Chen Zhao grinned. “Yes, of course.”

Bang!

Chen Zhao stumbled back and clutched his forehead. “F*ck, that hurts… You actually fired? You actually fired!”

Jonsonk stared at the gun that had accidentally discharged and at Chen Zhao.

Was it because it was an unintentional discharge?

So it couldn’t kill him?

“Kill him!”

All shooters fired at once, but Chen Zhao’s body was also covered by a layer of Dark Serum.

After the round of bangs, everyone stared at Chen Zhao incredulously.

What was that on his body?

The bullets lost power after entering the liquid.

When the shooting stopped, the Dark Serum peeled off of Chen Zhao.

Jonsonk retreated in fear, shouting in terror, “Kill him! Kill him…”

A few bodyguards surrounded him, but Dark Serum flooded out of the Dark Shadow on the ground.

The serum poured into the noses, mouths, and ears of the bodyguards.

They immediately fell to the ground in pain, either wailing and clutching their heads or stomachs.

Chen Zhao had created this. He’d gotten inspired by the phobic demon from yesterday.

He let the Dark Serum enter the enemies’ bodies directly.

Jonsonk turned to run, but he tripped over something.

“Help… Help!”

“Let me think. How should I kill you?” Chen Zhao tapped his head.

Jonsonk was about to piss his pants. He stared at Chen Zhao in fear.

Right now, he’d become a horrifying devil.

“I’m sorry… I was wrong, I was wrong, I shouldn’t have offended you… Forgive me, please forgive me.”

“I don’t know how to forgive.” Chen Zhao looked at Jonsonk. “But I know a lot who can help you make up for your sins. Of course, they’re definitely not gods.”

Jonsonk screamed, wailed, and begged. He felt regret and despair.

No matter how he tried, he couldn’t stop the darkness from swallowing him.

Beside him, Linsand watched as Jonsonk was pulled into the deep abyss bit by bit.

He started shaking.

Chen Zhao glanced at him. “Your turn.”

Linsand looked at Chen Zhao hopelessly. He’d guessed that Chen Zhao wouldn’t let him go.

He also made his last decision.

Suddenly, he took out a hand grenade and charged at Chen Zhao.

But after a few steps, his feet were tangled up by the Dark Serum.

“Bye bye…”

Boom!

Chen Zhao went to the entrance. When the security guard saw him come out, he pointed his gun at Chen Zhao immediately.

Chen Zhao didn’t even look back. Dark Serum wrapped around the guard and forced the muzzle to face himself.

Bang!

Chen Zhao’s spirits were low as he went home.

He’d become more and more bloodthirsty.

Back then, he didn’t even dare to kill one person.

But now, he’d actually killed more than 30 people without even blinking.

“F*ck. When did I become so sentimental?”

“Sir, what’s wrong?” The taxi driver heard Chen Zhao’s voice. He was afraid he’d done something to anger Chen Zhao.

“Nothing.”

After getting home, Chen Zhao acted like nothing had happened.

He washed up and cuddled with Fali, continuing to sleep.

The next day, Chen Zhao and Fali toured New York with their family again.

At two p.m., they went to Zola’s workplace.

When the entire family entered the venue, it caused quite a commotion.

Thankfully, Nat, Cooper, and Tris were there too, so they quickly calmed things down.

The staff and models realized that Princess, Snow White, and Samuel would do the catwalk too. At first, they thought it was a joke.

Soon, they realized that the animals seemed to know what they were doing.

Princess had a very rich experience. Of course, that experience was only from one time.

But for an animal, it was an accomplishment if they could obediently walk down the stage completely.

When Chen Zhao and Fali returned to their house, it was already eight at night.

The two changed into bathing suits and walked down the beach, holding hands.

“The environment here is so nice.” Fali enjoyed the sea breeze while listening to the waves come and go.

Chen Zhao enjoyed the peace too.

It would be great if there weren’t any annoying things.

“Hello. What a coincidence, Mr. Chen.”

Haus and Hannah came over, hand in hand. Chen Zhao’s face darkened.

This was a beach in a classy neighborhood and it was eight or nine at night. Was it really a coincidence for them to come here?

“I live here too,” Haus said. “In that house.”

He pointed at a house in the near distance. It was right next to Chen Zhao and Fali’s house.

“Hello, miss. We met yesterday, but I didn’t introduce myself yet. I’m Haus Mann.”

Chen Zhao was very annoyed at seeing him.

“Mr. Chen, what’s wrong. Is there something on my face?”

“No. We’re going home. Bye.” Chen Zhao pulled Fali and turned around to leave.

“Mr. Chen, I want to join the Supernatural Organization. Please let me join.”

Chen Zhao facepalmed. Fali looked at him curiously. Supernatural Organization?

But it was quite obvious what it was from the name.

“The Supernatural Organization only admits people with special abilities or magic. Do you have any special abilities?”

“I have money. Does that count?”

“There are so many rich people in the world.”

“I have 35% of shares in Brazilian mines. I also have 23% of shares for the Australian metal mines…” Haus started listing out all his business.

Chen Zhao didn’t know just how rich Haus was, but he was probably the richest of the people that he knew.

“Sorry. Still no,” Chen Zhao said. “Special abilities are the first condition for joining the Supernatural Organization.”

“Can’t you make an exception?”

“No.”

Chen Zhao turned and left, but Haus still called out, “I won’t give up!”

Just then, Chen Zhao’s phone rang. It was Charlotte.

“Mr. Chen, the Witch Society’s library is open tonight. Are you interested in coming?”

“Tonight? I’m busy.”

“Mr. Chen, our library is only open once per month. If you miss this, you’ll have to wait until next month.”

“Okay, I’ll come over,” he replied helplessly.

After hanging up, Chen Zhao looked at Fali. “I might have to go out.”

“Go,” Fali said understandingly.
