Furthermore, since all these planets hosted Primate Clan life forms with very little genetic difference from Earthlings, they could be considered the same species, making them suitable for integration into civilization.

The exception was the Lvzhao Civilization, which, of course, the shortsighted civilization was now completely destroyed by the Chancellor.

Earth’s chancellorship system, atheism but tolerant faith policies, and non-discriminatory racial policies, coupled with technological attributes, enabled Earth’s civilization to continually absorb external populations and strengthen itself. In contrast, a civilization like Teizene, which placed itself high and bullied and enslaved other civilizations, did not grow as fast.

As Bai Zhongqi mulled over these things, he suddenly received a transmission from Zero.

"Your Majesty, warp speed activity detectors on our fleet indicate that a massive fleet is currently traveling at warp speed towards Lingge. Judging from the number of warp bubbles, there are about six, with an estimated number of 1,400 vessels."
