Chapter 1004: 1043
Of course, people probably wouldn’t believe it if he were to say this out loud.
Ethan Smith lay in bed, quietly waiting for Tyler Wright to leave.
However, there was a lingering unease in his heart.
Tyler Wright, that bastard, had frequently harassed the Pavilion Master, resorting to despicable means and unleashing a relentless barrage of vulgarities.
If it hadn’t been for his two Martial Saint companions, Ethan Smith would have long since beaten him to a pulp.

“Your arrogance won’t last much longer…” Ethan Smith couldn’t help but clench his fists.
Violet Russell, who was standing nearby, sensed the murderous spirit emanating from Ethan Smith and hurried over to ask, “What’s the matter? What are you fantasizing about now?”
Ethan Smith glanced at Violet Russell and jokingly replied, “I remember the first time I met you, you seemed rather lecherous. Have you changed now?”
Violet Russell’s eyes darted around as he said with a cheesy grin, “If you’re willing to lend me your body, I’d be more than happy.”
“What kind of cultivation method are you using? It seems like something a demonic being would do,” Ethan Smith replied, frowning.
Violet Russell waved his hand dismissively and said, “You wouldn’t understand. It’s called Yin Replenishment.”
As the two were casually conversing, noise could be heard from outside.
Soon after, Sofia Carrillo walked in through the door.
“He’s already left,” Sofia Carrillo announced.
Ethan Smith felt a surge of relief and promptly rose to his feet, intending to leave.
As he approached Sofia Carrillo, he suddenly noticed a slap mark on her face.
“What happened?” Ethan Smith asked, frowning.
Sofia Carrillo shook her head and replied, “Nothing.”
“It must have been that bastard Tyler Wright who did this,” Violet Russell huffed from the side.
Ethan Smith immediately scowled.
“From the sound of it, it seems like this isn’t his first time doing something like this?” Ethan Smith turned to Violet Russell.
Violet Russell scoffed, “Tyler Wright is the young master. He beats up whoever he dislikes; who dares to provoke him?”
“Enough, stop talking and let’s go. Lord Pavilion Master is still waiting for you,” Sofia Carrillo urged.
Ethan Smith suppressed his anger, looked at Sofia Carrillo, and comforted her, “Don’t worry, Tyler Wright won’t remain arrogant for long.”
Sofia Carrillo rolled her eyes and replied, “Alright, I get it. Let’s get going and not waste any more time.”
Ethan Smith grunted in agreement, then followed Sofia Carrillo all the way to the Pavilion Master Building.
The Pavilion Master was already waiting for Ethan Smith
As soon as Ethan Smith ascended the stairs, he hurried over and asked anxiously, “Lord Pavilion Master, that beast Tyler Wright didn’t harm you, did he?”
“I’m fine.” The Pavilion Master shook his head, “Tell me about your affairs.”
Ethan Smith looked around, making sure the Pavilion Master was indeed unharmed, before letting out a sigh of relief.
He then took out the three sprigs of Heavenly Vanilla from his Spatial Magic Artifact.
A strange fragrance immediately wafted into the air.
The Pavilion Master, surprised, looked at Ethan Smith’s hand and said, “Is this…Heavenly Vanilla? You really found it?”
Ethan Smith gave a bitter smile and responded, “It wasn’t me who found it. It was Emily Taylor who brought it.”
“Emily Taylor?” The Pavilion Master looked even more surprised.
Ethan Smith nodded and asked, “Do you still remember? We previously discussed the Secret Realm of the Taylor family with Mike Taylor.”
“The Secret Realm of the Taylor Family…is it real?” The Pavilion Master exclaimed.
Ethan Smith nodded emphatically, “Not only is it real, but it is also a High-Level Secret Realm.”
The Pavilion Master couldn’t help but laugh, “Ethan Smith, your little girlfriend really does care about you.”
Ethan Smith sighed, “Yes, I never expected to rely on Emily to obtain the Heavenly Vanilla.”
He had thought that after embarking on the path of cultivation, he wouldn’t need to rely on Emily again. However, it seemed that wasn’t the case.
“By the way, the formula says that it requires three Pill Masters with Purple Flame, but with my connections, I can’t find the third one.” Ethan Smith turned to the Pavilion Master.
The Pavilion Master pondered for a moment before saying, “I know a Pill Master who also possesses Purple Flame.”
Ethan Smith’s eyes lit up as he hurriedly asked, “Where is he now? Would he be willing to help us?”
A hint of hesitation crossed the Pavilion Master’s face. After a moment, she let out a sigh and said, “I can’t say for sure. We haven’t been in contact for many years.”
Ethan Smith carefully observed the Pavilion Master’s expression and asked, “Lord Pavilion Master, do you and he have a grudge?”
The Pavilion Master laughed, “It’s not really a grudge, there was just competition before.”
“Competition?” Ethan Smith fell silent for a moment before guessing, “There was once an organization on par with the Divine Alchemist Pavilion. In the end, the Divine Alchemist Pavilion won, right?”
“Correct, we haven’t been in contact since then.” The Pavilion Master nodded.
Ethan Smith scratched his head and said, “This might be complicated…”
“No matter.” At this point, the Pavilion Master changed her tone.
“I’ll accompany you once.”
Ethan Smith frowned, “Lord Pavilion Master, what if he tries to cause trouble for you?”
“He probably won’t,” the Pavilion Master replied.
“As long as you can successfully step into Martial Saint realm, a little sacrifice is worth it.”
Right now, Ethan Smith couldn’t think of any other option, so he could only accept.
The two of them discussed for a while and decided to set off the next day.
The next day, before dawn, Ethan Smith and the Pavilion Master left the Divine Alchemist Pavilion.
They started their journey in a car.
The vehicle sped down the road, crossing countless mountains and rivers, heading straight to the south.
After a full day and night, they still hadn’t arrived.
“Lord Pavilion Master, how much longer?” Ethan Smith asked.
“We’re almost there, don’t be impatient.” The Pavilion Master replied.
After about another day, the car stopped near a rainforest.
“We can’t drive any further from here. Just follow me and remember, do not speak when you meet him,” the Pavilion Master instructed.
“Alright, I understand.” Ethan Smith nodded earnestly.
Immediately, the Pavilion Master took the lead and entered the rainforest.
The area was densely forested, with rivers running through the forest from time to time.
The rustling of the leaves sounded like some crawling creatures were observing them from the shadows.
They made their way through the rainforest and through the trails, their clothes soaked by the rainwater from the leaves.
After what felt like a long time, they finally reached a place bathed in sunlight.
“This is where he lives,” the Pavilion Master said, standing at the exit of the rainforest.
Looking ahead, a large valley was in sight.
A few large characters were engraved on the valley: Dragon Transformation Valley.
The entire valley was filled with all sorts of herbs!
The aroma of herbs hit their nostrils, and the dense Qi enveloped the entire valley in a layer of mist.
