President Qin's Little Wife Is The Strongest

Under Rong Yue's urging, Feng Buyan ordered a simple drink and a bowl of soup and rice. A decision he soon regretted as he watched Rong Yue eat her seafood dishes.

"They should use you for a food advert," he mumbled under his breath and managed to shove another spoonful of rice into his mouth.

He didn't think that her eating would look this appetising.

Luckily, Rong Yue asked them to serve only a portion and was done eating very quickly.

She called the waiter to clear the table and then got into work mode.

"The entire team want to meet you just from the first version you created. All of them feel like their skills would reach another level if they meet you," Feng Buyan gossiped as she scrolled through the final work.

"Did you get all of them to sign the contract?" Rong Yue asked, a little still worried about the team he had assembled.

She had placed a bug on all of their computers and did a check on them. But there was still that lingering fear of her being unable to change his fate.

What if it was already predestined? Or he committed so much evil in his past life that he now had so much bad karma waiting for him.

"All of them signed it. Also, I didn't give anyone the full information like you instructed and only gave them in parts for their area of speciality."

Rong Yue finally nodded in relief and passed the computer back to him.

"I'll send you the things you need to upscale. I'll get moving with the other legal processes while you guys do that."

Her going to The Viridian to find Qin Yichen had reminded her that she was coming from the bottom. And her enemy was growing stronger every day.

He had texted as soon as she left the ministry, and she had spent over three hours with Feng Buyan. Rong Yue could already guess that the boy would be lonely and bored out of his mind.

As soon as she picked, she was already cajoling him.

"Little darling, I'm on my way already and will be with you shortly,"

However, instead of her little darling's voice, Qin Yichen's deep baritone boomed out from the speaker.

"Where are you?" His voice was husky and low, making Rong Yue unable to regain her mind for a minute. Still in a trance, she replied without hesitation.

"I'm on the way home. I had a meeting with someone while getting lunch,"

"Hmmm, tell Butler Yang to bring you to my office, Xiao Heng is here, and he is unable to eat lunch or dinner,"

Upon hearing that he couldn't eat, she regained her mind, but her brows furrowed even more with worry.

"Is he sick?"

"He is being stubborn. He has refused to eat if he doesn't see you, come quickly!" Without allowing her to reply, Qin Yichen ended the call.

He understood the way her mind worked and knew that the longer the phone call, the harder it would be to trick her.

"Your sister is on her way here. You can eat anything you want when she gets here," he said and then went back to his work.

Since he returned to the office, he had attended three meetings already. He wanted to analyze the feedback from these ones first and then call them back the next day after knowing the kind of projects they accepted.

"You haven't been eating vegetables the whole time that we were gone, I bought you a box of vegetable salads and soup. You are the one that refused to eat them."

Qin Heng glared at him and kept quiet for a second. He knew that his brother was shamelessly using him to bring his beautiful sister here.

Even though he wanted to see his sister, he had no plans of seeing her with his grumpy brother.

He wanted her full attention on him! As he thought about that, his own mind also tried to create a solution to his sneaky brother.

"I'm going back to the main house, you can see how you will trick sister another time!"

Qin Yichen's eyes narrowed and he shot him a glare.

If Qin Heng was no longer staying with him, Rong Yue would definitely find it uncomfortable staying with him and only the butlers for a long period of time.

He had even started considering how to organise their dates by tricking her with Qin Heng and then sending Qin Heng off later.

None of it would work if his little brother went back to the main house again.
