Chapter 483

Chapter 483

Dou Weir covers her face and lowers her face. After a long time, she lifts up her head and smiles. “Em, he will get better.”

Ye Qing Xin waits for He Ji Fan to come.

He Ji Fan doesn’t come to the hospital directly, yet he goes home first to look for Dou Weir.

“Did you go the hospital before?” Dou Weir asks.

He Ji Fan looks at her red eyes and hugs her. “I’ve let you be wronged.”

He knows his mother too well. Zhou Zhou is sick when he was under Dou Weir’s care. His mother will not let Dou Weir off. She will blame Dou Weir.

“Zhou Zhou has doctors to take care for him at the hospital, he also has our family members.” He Ji Fan says. He means that it’s useless for him to be there too.

“Your action might make your Ma be unhappy.”

He Ji Fan wipes her tear and looks at her eyes. “Your dark circles are so dark. You didn’t have a good night sleep yesterday. Go back to your room and sleep. Then we will go to hospital.”

“I cannot sleep.”

Before Ye Qing Xin come, she was trying to sleep but she couldn’t.

“I’ll accompany you.” He Ji Fan hugs her to go to the bedroom. “I am tired too.”

He was rushing back home, he also didn’t have a goodnight sleep.

Dou Weir gradually feels asleep in He Ji Fan’s embrace.

Chen Meng calls and asks where He Ji Fan. She doesn’t know that he is back. She is angry to know that he is at home and not going to the hospital directly.

“Zhou Zhou is like this because of Dou Weir. You are Zhou Zhou’s biological father. How can you not look for him? He is in serious condition now, how could you have no heart?”

“Ma.” He Ji Fan is standing on the balcony and looks at Dou Weir, who is laying on the bed. She is curling on the bed like a sad and lonely cat. “Zhou Zhou have you guys there? Did you scold Dou Weir last night?”

“She reported to you?” Chen Meng is angry.

“It’s great that she can report to me. But she said nothing. I know you too well.”

“Heng! She did something wrong, how could I not scold her? With her health, in the future you will only have Zhou Zhou as your only son. How could I not worry and care for him? Don’t think that I’m ignorant to her motive. She should be afraid that in the future, Zhou Zhou will fight for the inheritance. She just wants to sweep away her enemy, dream on! Our He family’s thing will only for the grandchildren of He family. She is just a stranger!”

“Ma, for these matters you don’t understand…” He Ji Fan cannot help but to think whether his action of hiding things are wrong?

“What do I not understand? That Dou Weir, I’ll not admit her to be part of my identity. In the future, I’ll not allow her to get into our house, even for a step. Except I die!”

Chen Meng says those ruthless words and hangs up.

He Ji Fan feels a headache.

Chen Meng is his father, Dou Weir is his beloved woman. He never thinks that he will face this kind of hard problem.

Cheng Ru Yu gets a call from He Ji Fan when he just finishes his surgery.

“You want to ask about your son’s condition?”

Cheng Ru Yu is so serious: “The condition is not very good. His illness is rare and hard to cure. It can lead to septicemia, it might leads to complication. I heard from the doctor that Zhou Zhou is the most serious patient in PICU. He is getting even critical. I have ordered everyone to put their best effort to cure him.

He Ji Fan turns silent.

For this son, at first he didn’t really expect him because he’s part of Shi Ying but after Shi Ying sent the kid into He family, he felt that Zhou Zhou is part of himself. He started to love and care about him. He really loved him sincerely before he knows the truth. After he knows the truth, he feels that his feeling is getting light.

The time he got a call from Ye Qing Xin and knew about Zhou Zhou’s condition. He felt so worried. He was worried about Zhou Zhou’s condition and he was worried for Dou Weir too. He just pushed away his work and drove back home.

Basically his mother doesn’t like Dou Weir. With this matter, she will hate Dou Weir even more….

If he speaks up about He Chi Zhou’s real identity, his mother should make it a reason for breaking them up? If the truth about Zhou Zhou is not his son is out, her mother should want to separate both of them as she knows about Dou Weir’s health. That time Nai Nai and Papa will be on her side too.

This matter will turn even thorny and complicated.

He Ji Fan regrets it, he regrets that in the past, he was too carefree. If not, Dou Weir wouldn’t be like this.

It is a karma.

Dou Weir sleeps till the evening, the time she opens up, she looks at He Ji Fan’s face.

“What time is it?”

“04:15 p.m. I ordered a takeaway. Get up and eat. Then we will go and visit Zhou Zhou.”

Dou Weir’s gaze turns dark, “How is his condition now?”

“He is still in critical care. The doctor said that they are doing their best, so no need to worry okay?”

Dou Weir knows that he just comforts her, yet she doesn’t expose him. She gets up and gets ready. She eats few bites and then leaves to go to the hospital.

Old Madame He and Chen Meng and He Zhang Ju are not there. They probably are going home to get rest. There’s only He Yi Yi.

He Yi Yi is chatting with other parents. She looks relaxed and doesn’t act a daughter from rich family. Looking at Dou Weir and He Ji Fan, she smiles at them. “Ge, Sao Zi, you guys are here?”

“How is it?”

“I cannot go inside and there’s no news out.”

“No news is best news. The doctor only comes out when he has bad news.” A middle-aged man says.

His words somehow make them feel relieved.

Dou Weir smiles: “Thank you”

At night she and He Ji Fan stay to accompany Zhou Zhou. Cheng Ru Yu lets someone to send out two small beds for them.

“Do you guys know someone from the hospital? Few days ago I wanted to rent a bed, but I haven’t gotten one. You guys just get two and new beds.”

Dou Weir just smiles and says nothing. He Ji Fan just pretends that he doesn’t hear them.
