Chapter 275 The Admin Stopped Time

Allen released his mana as he manipulated it to enter the group of knights and the executioner's body. Allen further controlled his mana inside their bodies until a clump of mana surrounded their hearts.

With a crushing hand motion, the mana that surrounded their hearts followed suit as it crushed the hearts of the knights and the executioner. The knights and the executioner were already dead as they died from the inside. Only Allen, who has monstrous control over his mana, could ever perform such a feat, not to mention doing it on multiple targets.

After killing the knights and the executioner, Allen teleported to the deserted alley where he had teleported Distere before. Arriving at the deserted alley, Allen noticed that someone was standing near Distere's body.

And that someone was none other than John Skier, aka Time Manipulator Of The Apocalypse, who was immune to Allen's time stop.

"I can't say that I didn't expect this to happen."

Allen commented as he eyed John, who sat near Distere, whose body was laid on the ground.

"As expected of the admin, you can even perform time stop and possibly other time-related abilities. Fortunately, I am immune to time-related abilities."

John commented as he thought about Allen's arsenal of <Supreme> talents.

As John had expected, <Supreme> talents were a cheat, and he couldn't wait to receive the time-related <Supreme> talents that he requested from Allen.

"Even if I can use time stop, the energy usage is too high."

Allen humbly replied. Well, he wasn't lying since his vast mana and psychic energy reserves only had 95% left. So it cost Allen 5% of his energy reserves just to use a minute's worth of time stop.

A minute of stopped time hasn't yet passed but Allen lifted his time stop, which made him recover his energy reserves back to 97%.

Allen's surroundings slowly moved until it was back to normal speed. The birds that were in the sky flew while the leaves from the tree fell. The flow of time recovered back to normal.

Distere was shocked that when he opened his eyes, he was no longer tied to the wooden stake in the execution platform but he was in a deserted alley!

Just after he blinked his eyes, he was in another location! In a blink of an eye, he was freed from the wooden stake!

"How?"

Distere asked as he noticed that there were two teenagers near him in the deserted alley.

"The admin stopped time."

John stated in a matter-of-fact tone. 𝒇𝘳𝐞𝚎𝓌𝑒𝑏𝒏𝑜𝙫ℯl.c𝚘𝒎

Hearing John's reply, Distere gulped in amazement at what the admin of the chat group was capable of.

'As expected, there were powerhouses in the chat group! It wasn't a mistake to join the chat group. In fact, it's the best decision that I have ever made in this second life of mine!'

Distere thought in his mind. But before he could ask his chat group members a question again, the sound of a scream interrupted him.

Distere, John, and Allen went towards the source of the scream and they found out that it came from the commoners who were spectating the execution. Allen already knew what was the cause of their scream since his actions were the cause of it.

The commoners were screaming at the dead bodies of the executioner and the knights. They were fearful of the fact that the executioner and the knights instantly died just after they blinked!

The bodies of the executioner and the knights flopped on the ground. Blood sprayed out from their orifices as Allen's remnant mana in their body expelled as much blood as it could from their body.

The reason why Allen went that far even though the executioner and the knights were already dead was because of one thing. He wanted the commoners to know that the executioner and the knights didn't just pass out but they died.

After all, Allen had only crushed their hearts which would only result in the dead bodies of the executioner and the knights falling to the ground. The commoners would assume that they only passed out unless the commoners checked their heartbeats.

With that in mind, Allen had manipulated the remnant mana that he planted in their bodies to expel the blood out of their body. Allen's action caused the execution platform to have a bloody art.

The executioner was executed! The irony!

The commoners, who had witnessed such a gory scene, scurried away from the execution platform. They started retreating to their houses, afraid of being implicated in a crime that they didn't commit.

They didn't even know that Distere was already removed from the wooden stake since their fear clouded their senses. They were too focused on the death of the executioner and the knights that Distere's escape wasn't registered in their minds.

And since they all went back to their houses in a haste, none of them had checked whether Distere was still on the execution platform or not. After all, for their safety, they could care less whether Distere was still on the execution platform or not.

The commoners were well aware that they didn't see the perpetrator for the deaths of the executioner and the knights. Because of that, they knew that the authorities of Gaia Kingdom would make them a scapegoat if they stayed at the murder scene. So all of them were too focused on fleeing from the murder scene that they didn't bother about Distere.

As for Deus who was previously with the commoners, as soon as the commoners fled, he followed suit. While the commoners went to their houses, Deus ran towards the deserted alley where John, Allen, and Distere were at.

"Damn it, you traitors! Why did you guys leave me without informing me about it?"

When Deus arrived at the deserted alley and saw that John and Allen had left him, he couldn't help but complain.

"It's not my fault that you aren't immune to time-related abilities."

John replied to Deus' question, causing more confusion for Deus.

"Huh?"

? Seeing Deus' confusion, John sighed.

"The admin stopped time."
