Chapter 379 - Liang AnQi. Could it be the same Liang AnQi? (2)
Liang AnQi said, “She’s a divorcee, right? And her daughter is already attending college. Besides, her personality is too strong. Men don’t like strong women like her, no?”
Surely her ex-husband Li WangJin was a scum but, if only Fang JunRong was a tender woman, they wouldn’t have ended up the way they did.
She didn’t do a good job with her son either. The fact that her son would pick another woman over her was an indication that the problem lied with Fang JunRong.
Liang Feng was now looking at Liang AnQi under scrutiny. “So, in your mind, a divorced woman is like a flawed product that should be discounted?”
Well, yeah.
That was what Liang AnQi was going to say but, seeing her aunt’s long face, her rationality returned in the end.
Liang Feng sneered, “I’m a divorcee as well. So I am a flawed product in your eyes as well and naturally worse than others?” Liang Feng had doted on AnQi in the past because some of her habits reminded Liang Feng of her daughter who had passed away. That, and she had always been naïve and lively in front of her and was a very pleasant girl.
She never would have guessed the thoughts of her niece. Did that mean she was affectionate with this aunty of hers but secretly she looked down on her?
Liang AnQi felt like a bucket of cold water had been dumped on her from her head down. She recollected herself and quickly said, “Aunty, that wasn’t what I meant.”
Nevertheless, she stuttered for half a day and still failed to come up with something else.
Liang Feng sneered and left. She never gave Liang AnQi another look. Come to think about it, she had another nephew and niece.
They weren’t as pleasing as Liang AnQi but at least they could tell what’s right from wrong.
That was more important than anything else.
Looking at her aunty leaving with no hesitation, Liang AnQi was stunned.
She seemed to have offended her biggest backer. She had let her guard down too much today. She was so excited when she saw Jiang DeXian that she had forgotten the person she pretended to be in front of her aunt.
She figured that Fang JunRong was just an outsider. She never would have expected that her aunty who had always doted on her would have a fall out with her over an outsider. This was all Fang JunRong’s fault. If it wasn’t for her, she would not have this fight with her aunty.
Liang AnQi was very annoyed right now. She placed all the blame on Fang JunRong and vowed that she would get Fang JunRong back for this one day.
Perhaps she could get to Fang JunRong through Li XinYun. When she transmigrated over, the original owner was already a student at a prominent university and a fairly good student at that.
Liang AnQi, nevertheless, only retained a portion of the original owner’s memories and was not too effective when applying her knowledge. After almost giving herself away, she quickly signed up to be an exchange student and returned to China.
Come to think about it, the school that she was an exchange student at, really was the City S University where Li XinYun was studying.
That ought to show that even heaven was on her side!

Fang JunRong had no idea that she had just made herself an enemy nor would it bother her if she had known.
Jiang DeXian drove her home after lunch and returned to his office. He still had to take care of some contracts on partnerships.
Fang JunRong looked online and, sure enough, Jiang DeXian’s photos had been posted by the media.
His eyes and brows were cold and his appearance noble and reserved in the photos. The comments were all from those who had been conquered by his good looks. Many had even changed their usernames to “Boss Jiang’s girlfriend”. Fang JunRong took a look and didn’t see any for-profit accounts posting about her lunch with Jiang DeXian.
She suspected that was because her lawyers had sent out a lot of letters in the past and a few of the ones who loved spreading rumors got sent to jail.
