Chapter 162: Bad doggie! Sit!

[Chaos Ball]

The next second a huge black swirling ball materialized in front of the wolf, the energy contained within clearly chaotic and powerful.

Perhaps it was due to her desperation at the moment, Qin Hua's spell was much more powerful compared to the previous times she had cast this same spell.

She used every ounce of mental fortitude and mana and whatever else was present within her body, mind, and soul and conjured the single attack that she thought would give her the best result.

Hmmm? The Commander lifted his head up and looked at the wolf in surprise.

"Heh. Bad doggie. You seem to be a bit too energetic for me to handle. I need to teach you some lessons when we head back to the nether realm."

His lips curled upwards into a big grin and he muttered something under his breath, completely freezing her back again.

The person clearly did not seem to care about that single attack or rather it was as if he couldn't care less about what damage his body was being subjected to at the moment just like the zombies.

The commander smirked smugly and was about to attend to the inscription on the ground once again when unexpectedly the black ball that was supposed to come flying at him instead shot forward in a different direction.

Everything happened too fast and the man barely had any time to react at all.

"What did you do doggie?" The Commander shouted, signs of panic appearing on his face for the first time, and shot forward in the same direction as the ball of thick black swirling energy.

It would have been invisible in the darkness of the night if not for the crackling of the air around it.

BANG!

The black ball zoomed forward like a cannonball through the air and hit its target with its overwhelming firepower.

Flesh and blood splattered everywhere as the target's head and most of the upper body exploded into several pieces just from the impact of the single hit.

And the first of the nameless beings or at least whatever was leftover of his body dropped down on the ground with a thud!

The black ball, however, was still not done. It sizzled and crackled in the air and shot towards the next target, spinning even more chaotically than before.

"Noooo!" The Commander's face instantly paled and Qin Hua's eyes sparkled.

[Come on! Come on!] She screamed inwardly just barely holding onto her consciousness.

The middle-aged man's face twisted into an ugly expression and all of his previous frivolousness disappeared.

With his hands still wet with Qin Hua's blood, he ignored the formation on the ground for the moment and leaped forward to stop the attack from doing more damage.

But his speed and agility were not nearly enough to compete with the ball of chaos that rippled ahead.

BANG!

Once again, another explosion resounded. This time the ball shot through another one of the nameless beings creating a huge hole at the center of the man's study figure.

The Commander's face was smeared with blood and guts as he neared the black ball.

He tried to personally take on the attack, but after the second hit, the ball had far surpassed the previous momentum it had and it shot forward zig zagging all over the place.

It was as if someone was trying to catch a slippery eel with their bare hands.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The troop of nameless beings was getting hit left and right, their bodies completely mangled and damaged. Three of them were completely destroyed while the rest were heavily injured.

In a matter of seconds, everything completely changed and the damage was out of control.

"NOOOOOOO!" The Commander finally gave up and screamed in a screeching high-pitched tone.

Even though he was not the one who was injured, he shouted as if he was in a great deal of torturous pain.

He looked around as he couldn't afford to lose even one other nameless being. He didn't want to do this, but now it looked like he had no other choice.

He snapped two of his fingers, gritting his teeth angrily and the next second the turbulent mass of energy completely dissipated.

"Bad doggie! You are hurting my feelings!" The Commander turned around to look at Qin Hua with a pouty face and his voice sounded like that of a wronged woman.

He was about to say something else when his body trembled and his eyes shook in anger.

The wolf in front of him was clearly no longer bound. She snarled and snapped her canines at the man, the next second her figure bolting towards him.

"STOP IT! I COMMAND YOU TO STOP IT RIGHT NOW!" He screamed.

Qin Hua, however, clearly had no intentions of listening to this freak.

As soon as she took down three of the nameless beings and the Commander used some sort of spell to nullify her attack, she felt the hold on her body loosen up and she found herself able to move.

Growl! Strength and energy rippled through her body again.

It seemed that her assumption was indeed correct.

This person in front of her was unable to use the mana of the world like her. He was instead using the soul energy of live human beings as a substitute.

This was probably also why everyone in the military camp had a 'soul corroded' status. This person was slowly and gradually sucking everybody's soul and using it for himself.

So as soon as she took out some of the batteries powering the freak, she was easily able to break out of the spell and free herself.

Because of this the opponent's total power and capability were also probably affected. Now maybe they were finally on equal ground!

And perhaps she finally had a chance!

So Qin Hua didn't hold anything back and dashed ahead using everything she had.
