After taking the photo, Xie Limo asked, “We have already collected our wedding certificates, why do you still want to take another photo?”

“You won’t understand. When I share it on my online social network, many friends will offer their blessings.”

Even though the decision was made on the spur of the moment, she regarded the marriage sincerely and whole-heartedly. She even had high expectations.

Xie Limo’s heart fluttered and turned tender.

“Oh, Limo, we are a married couple from today onward. I will treat you to lunch, let’s celebrate.” Yun Bixue suggested as she carefully stashed her wedding certificates in her purse.

Xie Limo watched all of Yun Bixue’s meticulous movements and her dainty gestures. His bright eyes lit up and pale cherry lips arched up into a faint smile. “Where do you want to go to eat?”

Yun Bixue’s eyes glimmered as if she was reminiscing. She spoke softly, “I remember a stall that sells delicious spicy hotpot. Let us go and have it.”

At the end of her sentence, she timidly rose her head to peek at Xie Limo, afraid that he would be unhappy.

Xie Limo simply nodded. “Get in the car. Could you tell me where the stall is?”

Yun Bixue felt her heart warm up because of Xie Limo’s words.

She used to wish for Su Lenghan’s accompaniment, but upon hearing that it was humble and plebeian spicy hotpot, he frowned and rejected her promptly.

She was not oblivious. Although she was bewildered, she also understood his stance.

However, seeing how readily the ever so dignified and elegant Young Master Xie had agreed to her request, she finally appreciated how kind he was.

Yun Bixue continued wearing a faint smile even after boarding the car, looking pure and lovely. “Limo, if I were to tell you that the spicy hotpot stall is located in an alleyway in F University’s Hua Shun Street, would you be displeased?”

Many might think that upper-class individuals wield high social statuses and great power, and would be resistant to dining in a small stall. Instead, she enjoyed dining at such places, as they held all her memories of university. She had never returned since graduation.

A glint of astonishment flashed across Xie Limo’s mysterious eyes but was immediately concealed. Glancing sideways at Yun Bixue, he said, “Don’t overthink. If my wife likes the place, it is only right that her husband tags along.”

After she listened to his words, Yun Bixue’s firm grip on her purse relaxed, just like how her heavy heart felt lighter. She should feel fortunate, being able to get married in the midst of her despair to a husband who was genuinely thoughtful and considerate.

The car arrived at the destination after making several turns. Since it was an alleyway, there were no parking lots. Hence, Xie Limo parked his vehicle at the parking lots of a school campus and then walked with Yun Bixue toward the spicy hotpot stall.

“Wow, whose car does this belong to? It’s so impressive.”

“You might not know, but I do. This is a limited global edition, Soaring Zenith. It’s priceless, and only people with the precious Black Dragon Card can buy it.”

“Damn, which b*stard is trying to show off? I’m so jealous.”

“So, you should look beyond the appearance of the car!”

“Such a luxurious car, who do you think the owner of this car is?” A fashionably dressed woman walked over with a smug smile on her eyes.

“Liu Rong, you should stop acting silly. A person who owns such a car is not one that you can trifle with.” Understanding her intentions, the lady beside stepped forward to stop Liu Rong.

“Hmph, I just don’t believe that there is someone who can resist me!” Liu Rong exclaimed arrogantly and walked toward the car.

When Xie Shi arrived at the school campus, he heard the commotion surrounding Young Master Xie’s car. Frowning, he approached the vehicle.

“Ouch, I have twisted my ankle!” Liu Rong collapsed onto the ground, flaunting her slender and pale legs as she blinked her bright, dewy eyes at the handsome figure standing ahead of her.

Wearing his cap, it was as if Xie Shi had been hiding in the dark. He did not even once look at the woman before he passed her by with the keys, ready to enter the car.
