Chapter 26 – Adorable Space Bug (空间萌虫)

Chapter 26 – Adorable Space Bug (空间萌虫)

The size of the space was massive. Especially after she had absorbed the first piece of the Spirit Jade, she kept feeling that the space had gotten much bigger than when she first came.

Jing Yunzhao had only bought around 1kg of seeds at most. For instance, the Poor Man’s Ginseng, even though the quantity wasn’t high, it was enough to occupy half a Mu (T/N: about 3588 square feet). After harvesting and drying them, this half a Mu worth of harvest would weigh at least around 100kg. Even if she sold these Poor Man’s Ginseng at 50yuan per unit, she would be able to earn up to around 5,000yuan!

With the advantage of the space, she would be able to grow medicinal plants faster than normal no matter what its species. It was a business with no room for loss.

Jing Yunzhao’s mood was extremely good. The plants that others would need two to three years to grow could all be grown within twelve hours in her space. Outside of her space, only two hours would’ve passed. Who wouldn’t be jealous of this kind of method that goes against nature?

However, looking at this large area of mature medicinal plants, Jing Yunzhao began to feel troubled.

It was definitely a fast way to make money, but it was also troublesome. If she were to plant over a thousand mu’s worth of medicinal plants, would she have to harvest them one by one herself?

While Jing Yunzhao thought about this issue, a piece of memory suddenly jumped into her mind, and she was instantly overjoyed.

The jade piece also covered this kind of thing?!

She quickly focused, and the solution instantly carved itself into her brain.

This ‘World in a Jar’ space was not only the ancestor’s birth world but also a treasure. Unlike the other spaces that could only hold non-living objects, the area in the space also expanded as her mental strength increased.

Every time Jing Yunzhao absorbed a part of a jade piece, it was equal to her mental capacity being expanded. Her mental strength naturally grew stronger along with it.

If she wanted to solve the problem of her having to harvest everything herself, all she had to to do was to drip a fresh drop of blood onto the ground. It would attract this space’s magical spirit, and the spirit would then solve all her problems! f𝑟e𝒆𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗oѵ𝐞𝗹.c૦𝑚

Now that she found out about this method, Jing Yunzhao naturally couldn’t wait to use it.

She pricked the skin of her finger and watched as a drop of blood fall into the soil and instantly disappeared. Taking a second glance, a blue aura emerged where the blood disappeared.

Jing Yunzhao stepped back to see a whole bunch of little ice-blue coloured bugs coming out from it.

These bugs were fat and quite adorable. Maybe it was because they were a?ected by her blood, but they went to surround her.

These ice blue bugs were only the size of her thumb. She couldn’t help but hold doubt over how these little guys could possibly help her.

Probably sensing their new master’s doubt, hundreds of them suddenly began to crawl towards the direction of the medicinal plants. Some dug into the dirt while some climbed onto the leaves, grabbing onto them and wiggling their bodies. The plants were soon pulled from the dirt one by one.

Their actions were swift. Within the blink of an eye, all the Poor Man’s Ginseng were stacked up before her.

“Tha-thank you...” Jing Yunzhao had on a dumbfounded expression, only to see the bugs positioned in orderly lines. They raised their bodies and slowly bowed towards her. The adorable sight made Jing Yunzhao’s heart skipped a beat.

However, with their aid, Jing Yunzhao could finally relax. She continued on to ask them to harvest the rest of the matured plants.

The space had the ability to keep things fresh. Thus, it would be impossible for her to turn these herbs into dried products. This meant that Jing Yunzhao could only sell these plants fresh and as is. She would have to wait until she has earned enough money to buy a bigger house to solve this problem.

When she left the space after staying in there for three days, it was only the morning of the second day since she had moved in. Only when it was almost time for school did she leave her room.

Outside, she saw Su Chu waiting for her. As for that Gan Jinchen, he was nowhere to be seen as usual.
