‎The voice belonged to a girl with piercing green eyes and raven-black hair. She leaned against a nearby pillar, her arms crossed and a smirk on her face.

‎"Hey, Lyra," Zain said, waving her over. "What brings you here?"

‎Lyra pushed off the pillar and sauntered over, her eyes fixed on Elian and Kael. "Just thought I'd drop by and see what all the fuss is about. You two are quite the dynamic duo."

‎Elian and Kael exchanged a wary glance. There was something about Lyra's tone that didn't quite ring true.

‎"Lyra's our resident skeptic," Zain explained. "She doesn't believe in any of the supernatural stuff."

‎Lyra snorted. "I believe in what I can see and touch. And what I see is two boys with a bad case of testosterone poisoning."

‎Kael bristled, but Elian just smiled. "We're working on it."

‎Lyra raised an eyebrow. "Oh? And what exactly are you working on?"

‎Zain jumped in, eager to explain. "We're trying to understand each other's perspectives. You know, walk a mile in each other's shoes."

‎Lyra's expression turned skeptical. "And how's that working out for you?"

‎Elian and Kael exchanged a glance, and for a moment, Lyra's skepticism was forgotten.

‎"It's...complicated," Elian said finally.

‎Lyra snorted. "I bet."

‎But as she turned to walk away, Zain called out, "Hey, Lyra? Want to join us?"

‎Lyra hesitated, her eyes flicking to Elian and Kael. For a moment, it seemed like she might decline, but then she shrugged.

‎"Sure. Why not?"

‎As Lyra joined the group, the dynamic shifted. Elian and Kael exchanged a wary glance, unsure of what to make of Lyra's sudden interest...
