Chapter 4 A Robbery

Chapter 4 A Robbery

Following Bei Yunxue, Wang Feng firstly visited the place where he would work in the future, Bei Enterprise Jewelry Shop.

Bei Enterprise Jewelry Shop was decorated pretty luxuriously. There were also quite a few customers coming and going. Seeing that Bei Yunxue going back with a strange man, all the clerks in the shop looked surprised. It was pretty obvious that it had never occurred to them that their boss who was cold and elegant actually could bring a man back on her own initiative.

“Let me introduce him to all of you guys, this is the chief gemstone appraiser whom I have sought out. You can make yourselves acquainted with each other, since you will be colleagues in later days.” Bei Yunxue opened her mouth, which had actually made these people be relaxed a little bit.

It turned out that he had been simply an employee and that was all.

After currying favor with these assistants, Wang Feng was taken away by Bei Yunxue without even keeping their names in his mind clearly. They were going to take part in the Great Convene of Gambling on Stones in Zhu Hai City.

“Master, would you kindly drive us to Hua Lian Jewelry Shop?” Bei Yunxue said.

“OK.” The driver who was a middle-aged man started his car upon hearing the words and drove towards the so-called Hua Lian Jewelry Shop.

Looking at the scenes along the road subsiding continuously, Wang Feng also took a deep breath and then started to close his eyes to refresh his spirits. He needed to think over the future path of his own.

Before possessing the clairvoyant ability, it could have been possible that he could be a pretty average salesman all along. However, for now, regarding himself, enormous changes had taken place already. He had no choice but to plan his own life again.

“Wang Feng, it seemed that this was not the way to Hua Lian Jewelry Shop.” Bei Yunxue whispered beside Wang Feng’s ears somewhat anxiously. She even clenched at his arms rather extremely forcibly.

“Then where are we going to?” Wang Feng’s look was somewhat peculiar. Then he diverted his eyesight outside the car windows.

Changes took place in this city on a daily basis. So actually when it came to the paths of Zhu Hai City, Wang Feng actually had almost forgotten them all.

However, seeing Bei Yunxue that anxious, he stretched out his right hands and grabbed at her hands which had been so tender as if there had been no bones inside. He said then, “Don’t worry. With me by your side, Nothing won’t happen to you.” 𝗳r𝗲𝙚w𝐞𝚋𝘯𝚘ѵ𝗲l.𝑐om

The architectures outside the windows became even much scarcer. It seemed that they had arrived in the suburban area.

He could sense that the hands which Bei Yunxue had used to grab at him already had sweat spilling over. She appeared to be somewhat anxious.

“Master, it is the Hua Lian Jewelry Shop we are going to. Where are you going to drive us?” Stretching his hands out and patting on the middle-aged man who was driving, Wang Feng said in a kind manner.

However, it was also at the time when he opened his mouth to speak that there came suddenly a halt with grinding brakes to his ears.

“Shut up! Give out all the valuable things on your body. Otherwise, I would kill you two both!”

All of a sudden, the middle-aged man who was driving turned back with a fierce look. He took out a flick knife that was shinning out cold beams out of nowhere.

“Ah!”

Seeing that, Bei Yunxue was so startled that she let out a sound of screaming. She completely stumbled into Wang Feng’s arms.

“Don’t be afraid. With me by your side, I won’t let him lay a finger on you.” Wang Feng placed his palms on Bei Yunxue’s back in a slight way. His eyesight also turned somewhat cold straightly consequently.

It never occurred to him that being robbed while hailing a ride which he had only heard of could actually happen to him. It was rather bitterly disappointing. The reason why the society would be that messy was that people like them had existed on this planet.

Over the four years at college, though having not learned too many useful things and basically drifting along, he actually had trained himself to be equipped with an uncommon skill for fighting due to the fact that he had been horsing around outside the college.

Not to mention fighting with ten people, at least, he would find it easy to handle two or three people at once.

Though not intending to stir up trouble, he was definitely not afraid of the trouble.

With a fierce look, the middle-aged man seemed to intend to stab his flick knife which had glittered like frost and snow down at any time. However, Wang Feng saw both trembling hands of his instead. It was obvious that he had committed an offense for the first time.
