Chapter 152
Chapter 152:
“It’s probably our military.” The Kuni head said with hope in his eyes.
“Nah, you little military is cowards. They won’t even think about coming to your aid,” I said, smirking at him.
“What are you talking about.” The man said, raising my eyebrow at me.
“You haven’t realised it yet? You people already abandon you.”? I said, looking back at the door with caution.
“... That doesn’t make sense, though.” The man said with dread rolling off him while staring at the door.
“Shut up before they hear us. Ah, too late.” I said, pointing my gun at the door.
“What are you talking about!”
“You fucking fool!” I yelled back, hitting him over the head.
.....
“OW!”
Ignoring him, I shot into the door once head level hoping to kill someone.
Bang
“Agh!!” A yelp of pain was heard, with a sound of a body dropping to the floor.
“Tsk, I missed his head,” I said, deciding to unload the rest of the clip of 13 bullets into the door.
“bang! Bang
“Fuck, what is going on.” Someone on the other side yelled, running away from the door.
“Tsk, just two,” I said, reloading the handgun.
“Blow the door open!” Someone yelled down the hall.
“Well,” I muttered, making an ice wall in front of us, protecting everyone in the room.
Boom! 𝑓𝐫𝑒e𝒘𝚎𝘣𝚗𝘰𝘷𝐞𝑙.co𝑚
“Kill all of them now!” An old man yelled the moment the door got blown open.
“Good luck with that,” I said, throwing multiple ice orbs over the ice wall. Looking at the family around me, I wrapped ice chains around them.
“What are you doing.” The Kuni head asked suspiciously.
“shut up before I leave you behind.” I rebuked with a glare running towards the broken window dragging the family with me.
“Cheers, guys!” I yelled just when we got out of the room, and the ice balls exploded.
Boom!
“Kyaa!!”
“Sigh, you guys are so distracting,” I muttered, looking at the 4 horror-looking faces wrapped in my chains.
“Mom!?” Apricot yelled, seeing me fall out of the mansion down to them.
“Oi, you dumbasses, how could you let them into the mansion?” I said, landing softly next to Apricot. However, that could be said for a family of 4.
“Ugh! Couldn’t you make the landing easier.” The dumb high dwarf said, grunting in pain.
“...So, how did they get past you guys?” I said, looking at Apricot disappointed, ignoring the dumb dwarfs.
“We didn’t let anyone pass us, I am sure of that,” Apricot said, brimming with confidence about her statement.
“Hmm, are there any tunnels under the mansion?” I asked, looking at the dumb dwarf house head.
“That is a family secret you are asking about.” The man said, narrowing his eyes at me.
“Great, so there is,” I said sarcastically, ignoring the dwarf again.
“I guess we will need to go and secure the tunnels,” Brenda said, putting her sword on her shoulder.
“Nah, they might actually be after the family. Not sure, though.” I said with a thoughtful expression.
“then?” Brenda said, tilting her head at me, waiting for an answer.
“We will be in the open so that they can attack us,” I said, throwing the family of 4 to the side I summoned. All my clones encircled them and created a transparent ice barrier. It wasn’t the strongest, but it will easily block minor spells or arrows. I won’t care to stop if anyone decides to go directly after the family.
“T-there is more of her.” The Kuni house head said with a ghostly expression.
“You sure you want to split yourself up like this,” Chinada asked with a worried expression.
“don’t worry about me. Worry about yourself. They are going to come.” I said, looking at the living dead around us starting to die after one another.
“hmm, they work well together,” Nekro said from my shoulder, narrowing her eyes.
“they are? How many.” I asked, looking around, not seeing much.
“I don’t know. I can’t see them. Hoped you will be able to see anything.” Nekro said, sighing in worry.
“There focused area?” I asked, glancing at her.
“In front of us. They are coming from the mansion.” Nekro said, pointing in front of us.
“Good to know everyone drop-down now,” I said, making an odachi with quite a lot of mana infused into it.
“Hup.” Swinging the sword sideways, an arc of pure mana flies out of the tip of the odachi towards the broken wall of living corpses.
“Ugh!?”
“Do-Agh!”
With the mana flying out, I heard a dozen shouts of pain from all around me. It confused me quite a because some of it came right behind me. Turning around, I looked down at a rotten corpse.
“What the fuck.” I muttered, looking back at where the attacking group of enemies was.
“How did you see me.” A man with silver grey hair said, holding his waist while one of the devil children supported him.
“Aah, for fuck sake, they didn’t get killed,” I said, annoyed, looking at the old guy. Looking at the monstrous thing, I narrowed my eyes to see if I could see any weakness. The minister was very close to human-like. It was just the black marks on his skin and disgusting face.
“Whatever, it doesn’t matter. Matt, kill everyone here, especially her.” The old man said, pointing at me with a glare.
“heh, will do mast-.” Before the monstrous thing could even finish talking, his head exposed.
“What!” the old man said, looking at his little monster with horror.
“sigh~, this is as addictive as always. Well, get them out of here.” I said, flexing my hand and adding the rest, looking at Apricot, and gesturing towards the dwarf family.
“A-are you sure we should leave,” Apricot said worriedly, looking at the red-black smoke coming off my body.
“pfft, you will only be dead weight right now. So shoo fuck off.” I said with a grin looking back at the old man and the monster standing up from the ground again.
“R-right,” Apricot said, resigning, turning away to do her job.
“Well, thank you for waiting so we could finish,” I said, looking at the monstrous child.
“heh, this will be fun.” The thing said disappeared from his position before appearing in front of nothing.
“huh?” the thing said, not seeing me in front of him anymore.
“do you really think you will be faster than me?” I said, grabbing his arm and throwing him out of the mansion grounds. I went after the old man, not even looking at where he had gone.
“Matt! Ugh- you bitch.” The man shouted, looking at me while holding his right arm stump.
“just die already,” I muttered, annoyed, taking another swing at the old man.
“Matt!? Help me!” The old man yelled, trying to move away from me.
“yes, master.” The monstrous devil said, coming out of the ground between us.
“fuck sake,” I said, jumping back and dodging his uppercut.
“hehe, you will be fun to rip apart.” The thing said while a black liquid came out of his hands, creating two sicles.
“Tsk, you can also create weapons, it seems,” I said, making an ice staff.
“hehe,” the thing laughed before attacking me recklessly.
“Do you think I am dumb?” I said, folding the devil child with the staff.
“Ugh!”
‘I already know you will multiply if I cut you to bits.’ I thought, annoyed. Spinning my staff around, I hit his chin, dazing him for a few seconds.
Seeing that he was stunned, I turned my attention to the old man again. Who was still in the same spot he was before?
Not overthinking about it, I swang the staff at him trying to decapitate him in one shot.
“heh, do you think that will reach me?” The man said, putting his hand to his half-sethered neck, surprised.
.....
“Master!” The monstrous devil said, appearing in front of the old man again, catching him before he fell.
“M-Matt.” The man said before he died.
“yeah, as if that will work on me,” I said, throwing two ice orbs at their feet fast, stepping away and dodging the explosions.
Boom.
“ARG!!!!!!!!”
“man, he is still alive?” I said, annoyed, looking at the black smoke.
“Aaaagh!”
“Right,” I said, jumping up and putting my arms in front of my face blocking the ground that got unearthed.
“How dare you!” The thing yelled, looking up at me.
“heh.” Not answering him, I huffed while zapping him off with both middle fingers.
“Grrrr.” Grounding his teeth together, I jumped off the ground towards my fist, ready to kill me.
“Try again,” I said, sidestepping him and taking one of his feet out with my ice staff.
“Ugh.”
“Come on, big guy,” I said teasingly.
Before I realised what had happened, I felt an arm go through my body from behind.
“Ugh, old man, you aren’t dead?” I said, looking over my shoulder behind me with blood coming out of my mouth.
